Although the efforts of animal welfare organizations and caring pet owners have led to a gradual decline in such cases year by year, this misfortune has not disappeared entirely. In response to these issues, we have conceived a unique project that draws on our expertise in 【 character creation 】 — our core profession. That project is 『 DecaPaw 』.

Abandonment, animal abuse, and euthanasia...

Having survived various forms of hell, a puppy is transformed through a divine miracle into 『 DecaPaw 』.

DecaPaw speaks human language and continues to bark for 【 animal welfare 】 in human society with sharp and brilliant thinking!

However... there is also a weakness (and charm) of not being able to resist the temptation of jerky.

This is not an anime character, but a 【 costume character 】 that performs on TV and at events, just like 〔 Funassyi 〕, 〔 Kumamon 〕, and 〔 educational program characters 〕.
A 【 high-tech costume 】 that integrates the special effects techniques of Special Effects Studio ZEPPET. While ordinary character costumes have 【 fixed expressions 】, DecaPaw expresses emotions through built-in mechanisms, including 【 anger 】, 【 shouting 】, 【 laughing 】, and 【 crying 】.
At first glance, DecaPaw appears to be a cute and charming Toy Poodle, but it speaks. While most characters of this type tend to be cute, well-behaved, and innocent, DecaPaw is a character rich in emotions who confronts humans that mistreat pets with a bold and assertive tone.

An in-house special effects division of Blast Inc. We have handled numerous special effects creations, costumes, and animatronics, ranging from original projects to contracted work. Panda Seisei, who was a regular on Nippon TV's morning program "ZIP!", started as a character planning and development project by our company. We have been involved in the production of this character since the establishment of a joint venture with NTV Axon. We have also been responsible for numerous character creations for NHK's early childhood education programs, including the main characters for "Fantarne!", a puppet show segment of "Okaasan to Issho" which began airing in 2022, as well as many others such as "Eigo de Asobo" and "Tensai Terebi-kun" in the past.
